SOURENNE's 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to products and offers that expressly display the guarantee at the time of purchase.
Eligibility
- Use the product as directed and request the guarantee within 90 calendar days after delivery.
- The guarantee covers the first purchase of one eligible jar per product and household.
- You must have finished the jar through normal use. Do not use more product or apply it more frequently than directed in order to qualify.
- Bulk or resale purchases, repeated claims, deliberate damage, misuse, or use contrary to product directions and warnings are not eligible.
How to claim
Email info@sourenne.com with the subject “90-Day Guarantee” and include:
- your order number;
- the name of the eligible product;
- a clear photograph of the empty jar; and
- a short, honest description of your experience.
Please wait for our instructions before sending anything. We may ask you to retain or return the empty jar and its original packaging. If a return is required for a satisfaction claim, you are responsible for trackable return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund
After approval and, where requested, receipt of the jar, we will refund the price actually paid for the eligible product to the original payment method. Original shipping, express fees, gift wrap, and other services are not refunded unless applicable law requires reimbursement. Bank processing times may apply.
This is a voluntary commercial guarantee. It is additional to, and does not restrict, any non-waivable rights or remedies under applicable law.
