Privacy Policy — United States

Effective date: September 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SOURENNE (“SOURENNE,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when United States residents visit or buy from our Shopify store, contact us, or otherwise interact with us.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Identifiers and contact data: name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, account details, and online identifiers;
  • Order and commercial data: products viewed or purchased, cart activity, returns, discounts, customer-service history, preferences, and transaction records;
  • Payment data: payment method, payment status, and limited transaction information. Shopify and payment processors handle full payment-card details; we do not normally receive or store the complete card number;
  • Device and internet activity: IP address, browser and device type, cookie or pixel identifiers, pages and products viewed, referring pages, clicks, and approximate location derived from IP address;
  • Communications and content: messages, support requests, survey responses, reviews, photographs, and other content you choose to send; and
  • Inferences: likely interests or preferences derived from store interactions for analytics, personalization, or advertising, where permitted.

We do not ask you to provide medical records or detailed health information. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive medical information in ordinary support messages.

2. Sources

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from service providers and partners such as Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, fraud-prevention providers, and customer-support tools.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • provide the store, process payment, fulfill and deliver orders, and manage returns;
  • authenticate accounts and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • provide customer support and product-safety follow-up;
  • communicate transactional information and, with any required consent, marketing;
  • personalize the store and measure performance;
  • conduct analytics and advertising, subject to your privacy choices;
  • comply with tax, accounting, product-safety, legal, and regulatory duties; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4. Disclosure to service providers and other parties

We may disclose information to:

  • Shopify and its subprocessors, which host and support the store;
  • payment providers, fraud-prevention providers, and financial institutions;
  • Selfnamed and other fulfillment, warehouse, carrier, and delivery providers;
  • IT, hosting, analytics, marketing, customer-service, and professional advisers;
  • public authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; and
  • a buyer, investor, or adviser in connection with a proposed or completed business transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising pixels or audience tools may, however, be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under some United States state privacy laws.

5. Cookies, advertising, and privacy signals

We use essential cookies needed for the storefront, checkout, security, and preferences. With consent where required, we may also use analytics, personalization, and advertising technologies.

You can manage non-essential technologies through the store's cookie/privacy controls and the Your Privacy Choices link. Where our configuration and applicable law require it, Shopify's privacy tools are intended to recognize an enabled Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We do not currently interpret a browser's legacy “Do Not Track” signal as a separate request because there is no uniform industry standard for that signal.

6. United States privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence and whether a particular law applies to us, you may have the right to request access to or confirmation of personal information, correction, deletion, portability, a list or categories of third parties, and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may also have a right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, appeal a denied request, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a right.

Submit a request by emailing info@sourenne.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or by using Your Privacy Choices for advertising-related opt-outs. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the state where you reside. We may reasonably verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted; we may request proof of authorization and direct verification with you.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny an appealable request, our response will explain how to appeal. We may retain information that is needed to complete a transaction, detect fraud, comply with law, protect safety, or establish legal claims.

7. California notice at collection

The categories described in Section 1 are the categories we may collect at or before collection. We use them for the purposes in Section 3 and may disclose them to the categories in Section 4. Over the preceding 12 months, advertising identifiers and internet activity may have been disclosed to advertising partners in a manner that some California laws define as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use Your Privacy Choices or an enabled Global Privacy Control signal to opt out where applicable.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a separate right to limit under California law.

8. Children

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

9. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, customer service, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, product safety, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type and legal duty.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

10. International processing

We are based in Switzerland and use providers in the United States, Canada, the European Economic Area, and other locations. Your information may therefore be processed outside your state or country under laws that differ from those where you live. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful transfer safeguards.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. We review the Policy periodically and at least annually.
