SOURENNE products are cosmetics for external use. Follow the directions and warnings on the product and packaging. Avoid contact with eyes unless a product is specifically intended for that area, keep products away from children, and stop use if irritation or another unexpected reaction occurs.
Store content is not medical advice, and our cosmetics are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. For urgent or severe symptoms, seek immediate medical assistance rather than waiting for a response from customer support.
Report a product issue or adverse event
Email info@sourenne.com with the subject “Product Safety Report” and, where available, include:
- your name and preferred contact details;
- the product name, size, and lot or batch code;
- where and when the product was purchased and the order number;
- when use began and when the event occurred;
- a factual description of what happened and the outcome;
- relevant photographs of the product, label, packaging, and affected area; and
- whether medical attention was sought.
Keep the product, label, and packaging until we complete our initial review. Do not send the product unless we provide instructions. Please avoid sending unrelated medical records or sensitive information that is not necessary to understand the report.
We may share a report with our manufacturer, fulfillment partner, insurer, professional advisers, or regulators to investigate the issue, comply with safety-reporting duties, and protect consumers. Serious adverse events associated with cosmetic products marketed in the United States may be reported to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as required by law.
