Terms of Service — United States

Effective date: September 8, 2026

These Terms govern use of the SOURENNE online store and purchases delivered to the United States (“SOURENNE,” “we,” “us”). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout.

1. Eligibility and consumer use

You must be able to enter a binding contract in your place of residence. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the store only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Products are offered for personal use unless we approve a business or resale order in writing.

2. Product information and cosmetic use

We work to present product descriptions, ingredients, directions, warnings, colors, and images accurately. Screen display and packaging batches may create minor differences that do not affect the product's essential characteristics.

SOURENNE products are cosmetics, not medical treatments. Store content is general product information and is not medical advice. No product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Follow the label, perform a patch test where appropriate, stop use if irritation occurs, and seek qualified medical advice for a medical condition, persistent symptoms, pregnancy-related concerns, or known sensitivities.

3. Orders and acceptance

Product listings are invitations to place an order. You submit an offer when you complete checkout. An automated order-received email confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We accept the order when we send an express confirmation, ship the goods, or otherwise clearly accept it.

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance because of unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, failed payment, suspected fraud, purchase limits, legal restrictions, or an unsupported delivery address. If we cancel after payment, we refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

The currency, product price, shipping charge, discounts, and estimated tax are displayed before order submission. We collect state and local sales tax where legally required. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the final order total. Payment services are also governed by the provider's terms.

We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting the order. We will notify you and allow you to order at the correct price or cancel.

5. Shipping, delivery, returns, and guarantees

The United States Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any published Money-Back Guarantee terms form part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or access the service through unauthorized automated means, violate another person's rights, submit false information, make fraudulent purchases, or use the store for unlawful activity.

7. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, image, comment, or other content, it must reflect your honest experience and must not be unlawful, infringing, misleading, or abusive. Disclose any material connection, incentive, free product, employment, or family relationship relevant to an endorsement.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute submitted content for operating and promoting SOURENNE, subject to applicable privacy law. You retain ownership of your content. We do not require a positive review, prohibit honest negative feedback, or condition an incentive on positive sentiment. We may moderate content for fraud, irrelevance, illegality, privacy, or these rules, but will not distort the overall impression of genuine customer feedback.

8. Intellectual property

The SOURENNE name, branding, site design, copy, images, graphics, and other store materials are owned by us or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store only for personal, non-commercial shopping. No license is granted except the limited right to use the store for that purpose.

9. Third-party services

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment processors, carriers, social platforms, or other providers. We are not responsible for a third party's separate service, content, or privacy practices, but this does not remove responsibility imposed on us by applicable law.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Product warranties and remedies are those expressly stated by us and those that cannot be excluded by law. Some states do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so an exclusion may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOURENNE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the store. For a claim relating to an order, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective-product liability that cannot be excluded, or any other liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive a United States consumer of non-waivable protections available under the law that would otherwise apply. Courts at our place of business have jurisdiction where legally permitted; any mandatory consumer venue remains available.

Before filing a claim, please email info@sourenne.com so we can try to resolve the matter. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive a right to participate in a class proceeding where that right cannot lawfully be waived.

13. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version available when you place an order governs that order unless a change is required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in effect.
